Key Structures, LLC provided great, professional service in a timely and courteous fashion. I had been searching for a reliable and knowledgeable contractor for over a year. I’m pleased with the work and the care shown for my well-being and safety while the work was being done, as well as how my belongings were handled during the work. I highly recommend this company for home repairs, remodeling and construction projects; and I plan to use them on future endeavors. They are top shelf!
Chris from Key Structures was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process of fixing my kitchen floor less stressful. I was so worried about getting this work done. He understood our concern and explained everything so we could understand. He was friendly and polite and I was very comfortable having him in my house. He completed the work as promised. I will definitely use this company again.
Working with Chris and Linda is so refreshing. They are responsive, honest, and actually standby the quality of their work. This was our second remodel with them and at this point Chris has worked with every part of our house. If I build a new house in the future I would 100% use Key Structures. I'm writing to let you know that Chris built us the most awesome, beautiful, well built home. After 24 years it still doesn't give us any problems structurally and otherwise, unlike some of our neighbors who didn't use Chris as their builder. The house is so well insulated that our utility bills are affordable and the house stays cool and warm when it's supposed to be. Even during those 100+ degree days we have in the summer.
