The receptionist was unprofessional and very rude. She has a heavy accent and got irritated when I couldn't understand her.

Excellent and very safe looking facility with a professional front desk , the lady here Tatyana is very helpful and does an amazing job answering all questions. Fair prices, clean restroom and the storage provided was clean as well.
