Our experience with Key Shuttle Service was incredible, thanks to Keyshun! He went above and beyond to make the ride so much more than just transportation. He arrived right on time, made sure we were comfortable, and even surprised us by taking us to a beautiful scenic spot along the way. We used Key Shuttle Service for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend in Austin, and they were fantastic! Our drivers, Keyshun and Kim, were so friendly, professional, and punctual. They got us safely to Lake Austin and back, and also drove us downtown one evening. They even made a stop so we could grab ice, which was so appreciated. Everything was seamless, and it made our weekend stress-free. Highly recommend Key Shuttle for group transportation in Austin!
I would definitely recommend key shuttle service! My group used them for pick up and drop off for a lake day on lake Travis. They provided us with a fun experience by letting us pick our own music and even some Karaoke. Our driver Chris was great!
Keys shuttle service is THE best! I first used them for a shuttle for my bachelorette party to/from Lake Travis and we had so much fun with the driver and it was such a fair price that we used them for the rest of our transportation needs for the weekend AND three years later we reached out for another friend’s bachelorette party. The owner is so nice and accommodating and knows all the best places to go, book with keys if you want to be in the best hands!
They got us there and back on time and were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again
