Took a 2016 in u brought from another owner and asked they look up the history from the other dealer. Response was we have no history and nor do they. Their systems don’t work cross dealership apparently. But yet the sticker for oil change clearly said Ferman Ford …. They didn’t even bother to call…. Just put semi senth in a truck that has full senth its whole life apparently. I called the previous owner. The previous dealership. And wow. Had scheduled an appointment for service several weeks in advance for a Monday morning,took the day off so I could do this and received an email late Friday that they were cancelling my appointment. Bought my truck from there. Had given 1 star for service due to cancellation from Thomas, but Brian helped me out here and was great so I am upgrading to 4 Star
Megan was absolutely wonderful getting me into a truck I love. She was super patient while I dealt with a bank issue.
Waited 3 days for a diesel appointment than the night before was told they don't have a diesel mechanic.
