Not on time paperwork, guides customers to have no integrity with dealing with buying houses. Closes on houses over 2 weeks after closing date. Turns in repair addendum 10 days late and urges their own benefits. Not professional at all. They need to remind their customers to transfer electric on closing day in order not to charge sellers 100s of dollars in over usage of electric not in buyers name due to a week late transfer.
