Car broke down unexpectedly. Soonest appointment I could make was almost two weeks out, but staff was great and said if I could bring it in and leave it, they would do their best to repair as soon as possible. They were able to evaluate it, order parts and get me back on the road in less than 5 days - a full week earlier than my scheduled appointment! Their efforts along with their coordination to help get the repair covered by warranty was very appreciated!
I want to say thank you to Sophie and Hank for the excellent service and hospitality they showed me while I was purchasing a vehicle. They helped me through the whole process and I had a beautiful 3hr ride home in my 2020 Tahoe. I would absolutely come back for another purchase.
I won’t mention any names involved, but, I was in the process of closing on my home and wanted to buy a Chevy Trailboss on the same day as closing. The closing was on a Thursday and on Monday I had set up everything to get the purchase done. The salesperson was taking my info, my license, and I had showed him I completed the credit application but didn’t want to process it until the day of closing.
