I did not purchase a car from Key Motors, or even visit their lot, due to their unprofessional and idiotic communications. I was contacted by one of their representatives, Kimberly, in response to a craigslist ad that I had inquired about. When I answered the phone, I said "hello" and she said "oh my goodness" and then hung up on me. I imagined some emergency and did not think poorly of her or Key Motors at that point. The owner, Key, gave me the wrong paperwork to finish registering my car(which was a piece of crap by the way) and when I called to get the correct paper work he yelled at me and told me it wasnt his problem. I repeatedly had to tell him that my name is not "honey" and that he needed to treat me with a little more respect. He was rude and unprofessional and to this day I do not have the correct paperwork to register my car. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN!!!!!

My dad bought a used car from Key motors about a year before he passed away. While taking care of all of my dad's items and packing up his apartment a couple of months before he passed, his friend gave me some information about this car. He said he talked to the owner to help my dad get the car paid off a few months before and he had agreed to $80.00 to get the title.
