Extremely bad service! not professional at all, communication is soo bad with this mortgage company, they lie too much, and when you call them they never return the call or text to keep you updated.

They have always helped me purchase a home.
Worst mortgage ever!! Would give 0 stars if I could, Don't waste your time going here, communication sucks they don't keep you updated at all you'll have to call to get info on the status and when they say you're approved they don't let you know what bank approved you and then end up saying they can't help you, so ridiculous
If I was able to give it to 0 Stars i would. very bad customer service Lillian Kim lies to the customer tell you that you can be approved while yet still pending to get approval from the lender. Never takes responsibility when she does wrong always blames the customer.
