I have been with Key Medical Group for many years. I love all the doctors their. They are all very professional and caring physicians. I have found the receptionists and nurses to all be very helpful. They go out of their way to help you. I will not change doctors for as long as I stay in this area.
The receptionist can be quite rude at times and not always helpful! I've been a patient at Key Medical Group for almost 5 years now and have always had good service. However, the past year or so I find it difficult to ever speak to a doctor personally and the Receptionist quite rude! She is a new receptionist that started with the offices once they moved to their new location and I am now considering changing doctors because of her.....I've heard other patients complain about her too!!
