I had a great experience with these guys! The owner went above and beyond and did not charge me what a shop would have! The other guy who came out initially, I think his name is Johnny; he was good too! Told me exactly what I needed and got me back on the road. I ended up having another issue with my car to where a shop I went to didn’t properly diagnose, but the owner took care of that and even made sure he got the correct size part for my car, came back the next day and now my car rides brand new! If you’re looking for a mechanic who is a man of his word, Keon is the one. After four years of doing business with him, he has proven to be incredibly reliable and dedicated to his work. We had a bit of a rough start with a leak after several visits, but he didn't make any excuses. Keon showed up, fixed the issue personally, and made sure the car was 100% ready for me to drive my daughter to school. I’m very grateful for his help and his commitment to doing the job right—he truly stands by his service.
We contacted Key Mechanics Mobile Auto Repair on Saturday, Feb 3rd, 2024, via telephone to diagnose our vehicle. Although no one answered, we did receive a callback within the hour, around the 10am timeframe.
