A couple of weeks ago I had Johnny from Key Mechanics to come over to service my 2006 F150. First, let me say the gentleman was quite courteous and professional, letting me know his location and what his ETA would be before arriving to my house. Upon arrival, he immediately began the necessary repairs to my truck in a timely manner, all the while answering any questions that I had. Nick was awesome! He came out to replace the alternator on my 2018 Honda Pilot and did an excellent job. He communicated everything clearly, let me know what was going on every step of the way, and was super dedicated to getting the job done right. You could tell he really cared about his work. I’d definitely use his service again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable mobile mechanic.
