Ok i had to get in and add some comments. These guys have really pulled me out of a bad situation twice now. I cannot stress the level of commitment and customer service that they do, but the last time, due to a guest turning off my bilge and having a water line break inside, their quick actions literally saved my boat. Incredible staff, great service and fair pricing. I received a prompt return call and service within hours of contacting Key Marine. Highly recommend.
Missed all three of their scheduled appointments and even after I had told them what type of system I had they charged me to come out and say they couldn’t help me.
We broke down in Key West a few years back with our Sportfish at Conch Harbor Marina, Hired there mechanic to fix the problem...on board he told me to bump the throttle in forward.. no problem ,Then he told me to bump the throttle in reverse......all 16,000 Horse power full power, hit the dock CRASH !!! Destroying the swim platform on the back :( not to mention the dock . Streched the hell out of the ropes .. Mechanic at $200 an hour ,Told me I need a new. They charged me (a new customer) for an hour of work before even showing up on the boat, then never showed up on the boat. No call, no show two separate days without any followup. I had to ask for a refund for the $212. Great reviews online but I didn’t see that result.
