The front desk woman is nasty. No help. Turned away after passing out and an injury to my hand. Security guard is freaking awesome. Go to a different va.
If this VA Clinic is as bad as some of these reviews paint it, than we all need to submit complaints to the DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL.
Apparently no one is monitoring the reviews for this VA facility, otherwise someone else would be working in the front office. All these review comments are so true--"Schedule appointments and then tell you there's no appointment." "Absolutely horrible." "Very rude." "Like they do not want to help." "Very rude." "Waiting for 3 hours and there's no one else in the waiting room." " You are treated like you are just a problem." "Too much to complain about here." We've encountered all these.
