Great stop to learn some local history!
Highly recommended pit stop here on the way to the Keys. The Visitor Center has incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff the gives great local information and suggestions. It is a spacious, well decorated center with interesting displays, and amazingly clean restrooms.
Oh my goodness. Visiting from NSW Australia we were welcomed with open arms and genuine hospitality by the beautiful staff. We felt so at home and were given so much information about this awesome place, even where to sample the legendary Key Lime Pies to having photographs with giant lobster statues. Thank you. We highly recommend a visit to Florida Keys Visitor Centre.
