My car broke down on Wednesday Morning, and was taken to KeyKars by the breakdown truck. It's Thursday afternoon, and she's back home, diagnostics done, and fault found, and new parts fitted, at reasonable cost too. Thank you KeyKars for looking after us!
Great experience at this garage and the customer service goes beyond expectations! Not a bad word to say for this garage dealt with both Mark and Jordan who were both very helpful! Had a couple bad experiences with two local garages to me however was willing to do the 3 hour train journey and 2 hour drive home from the service received at the very start. Not a bad word to say for Key Kars would honestly highly recommend to anyone!
Bought a car in April was told 3months warranty, any problems bring it back, tracking wasn't straight after the car had a "wishbone" fitted for Mot, went back to say about tracking, first words out his mouth were, tracking not covered under warranty, definitely won't be buying a car from there again
Farther in law picked up a car from this great service, went above and beyond to help very friendly
