I recently purchased a house in Myrtle Grove. The selling agent for the house was Melissa McKnight, employed by Key Impressions, LLC. The selling agent was completely absent during the entire process. I only actually met Melissa during closing. My real estate agent had to the be the one updating the prior homeowner of the status of the sale. I was informed this was due to Melissa having personal issues. Mike Warinner is a crook and still owes me $1500 before interest so he probably owes me more like $5,000 now. When I bought my house from him in 2021, while he worked at another agency, I took $1500 off my credit card and told him where it came from but had already given the money to the office for earnest money. He told me that I was unable to do that because the earnest money couldn't come from a source like a credit card because it's borrowed money.
