Happy Sonata owner (not from here) Old outdated style of doing business was a real turn off. I had a good quote from a Hyundai dealer in the area but wanted to provide an opportunity for a dealer in my hometown to win my business. Key Hyundai is amazing! I had the best experience at key hyundai.. we were driving thru the area when the tpms lite went on in my car and I freaked out. we called key hyundai (they were automatically loaded in ou r GPS) and they took us in right away. there ended up being a nail in our tire and they patched it and didn't even charge us. we don't live in the area but i will re commend the dealership to anyone i know that lives in the hartford area and is looking for a hyundai dealer...great job!
Key Hyundai is Deceptive and Dishonest My girlfriend just purchased a 2007 Hyundai from Key Hyundai. Overall I am very disappointed with their dealership. She works part-time and has limited income but they promised to get her a loan. They took her car and gave her dealer plates for the new one until they could put a loan together for her.
