Matt arrived on time and got right to work. 90 minutes later he had completed maintenance on both our burner and AC systems. He also discussed the various membership programs with us which were something we have been looking for (they are a good deal). Matt was very professional and friendly and we hope to see him again for our next maintenance. Highly recommend Key HVAC.

Although one only calls a service technician when there is a problem, the person who fixes the problem doesn't always go above and beyond and educate the customer regarding the full operations of the furnace. Petey was not only an excellent technician, he also was a fine educator. I feel much more knowledgeable about our furnace and its proper care. Many thanks, Petey!

From the start of the process, this company exceeded our expectations. The initial walk through was thorough and professional, in determining the units we should include. The estimate was well prepared and clear about the cost and options available. The price they offered was the lowest of 3 competing quotes, and they offered the longest warranty on Samsung system we used.
