Matt arrived on time and got right to work. 90 minutes later he had completed maintenance on both our burner and AC systems. He also discussed the various membership programs with us which were something we have been looking for (they are a good deal). Matt was very professional and friendly and we hope to see him again for our next maintenance. Highly recommend Key HVAC.

Although one only calls a service technician when there is a problem, the person who fixes the problem doesn't always go above and beyond and educate the customer regarding the full operations of the furnace.
