Can not get a hold of anyone there. Having issues with my hearing aid which is less than 1 year old. No one responds to my calls. Had a scheduled appointment. No one was at the office. Again called no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They also received no response, and have rated the them as F. They will not return calls, are not in their office. My hearing aids are worthless at this point. Stay away at all cost!
I've worn hearing aids for years & have tried several different Hearing centers. Not 1 of them come close to the attention & service I recieved at Key Hearing. My old hearing aids needed repair & I ordered a new pair. While waiting for either of them to come in they gave me a loaner pair. The GM Shelby is very knowledgeable and thorough. The Co owner Dawn is very polite and truly seems to care about how the customers are treated.
The care, compassion and professionalism my husband receives from Shelby at Key Hearing Aids is beyond amazing. Highly recommended!!
The level of service is at the Valpo office is super exceptional. Shelby is always so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and takes care of whatever issue I present her. I recommend it to all.
My mother was so nervous to start the process of getting hearing aids and Key Hearing treated her with kindness and patience like no other! The technology they use to do testing is so advanced. The best part is the service. Casey specifically, although it may seem minor, a reminder call for an upcoming appointment, I truly appreciate her demeanor.
