Edited. I waited quite awhile to edit this review because I wanted to give them time to do the right thing. However the store has been closed for months with no recourse for their customers for product support. Many people have spent a lot of money on hearing aids and are now stuck looking for support if something goes wrong. It’s a shame because Shelby was good at fitting, and hearing testing. My mom had an appointment at Key Hearing aids in Crownpoint, Indiana the audiologist. The audiologist Shelby was very helpful and patient. Once all testing was completed after a couple of visits my mom was fitted with the hearing aids which we paid good money for the hearing aids. We scheduled a two week follow up. The day before the follow up, we received a phone call from somebody at key indicating that Shelby is no longer there and they need to look to find somebody else for that location. that was on July 17. They are the best…. After calling aroud for 2 hours trying to get a simple piece for hearing aid (tubing lock),they are the only place that knew what I was talking about and got us a same day appointment.
