I stopped by the Brownsburg office, closed….only taking scheduled appts. Called Brownsburg, Danville, Lebanon, left messages and no response. Would not recommend!!
I agree with Kathy, very disappointed at no answer, no return calls and locked doors. I paid them for a service that I can't use. Very frustrating!
They must be closed permanently because I cannot reach anyone at the offices at Browns burg, Avon or Carmel Indiana.
I am so happy with my new hearing aids. Wonderful to be able to hear now, things I haven't heard in years. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you all so much!
My mother and I have worked with several of their staff and found them to be extremely caring, diligent and knowledgeable in helping us with our hearing aids. We wouldn't go anyplace else.
