Fantastic experience! I was on the frequency table and Alesha gave me a full body massage with the synergy heat stones. It was wonderful! Alesha is skilled and confident in her approach. I can't wait to try a lymphatic drainage massage with her!!!

Alesha is wonderful! Very professional and caring. She has helped me with Lymph massages to correct surgical Lymph Node removal due to cancer. I highly recommend her!
I have had a few massages done at Key health and wellness, and it has honestly been the best experience. I love that it’s about actually fixing an issue as opposed to just a relaxation massage (which is offered there too). Kayla takes a clinical approach and comes up with a comprehensive treatment plan to actually treat and fix the issue, not just have you become a forever client to manage the issue. She is amazing at what she does! 10/10 recommend!!
