Called the clinic for an urgent appointment as I am pregnant and feeling extremely unwell. Receptionist made no effort to help. I do not recommend this clinic. Find somewhere else to go.
The receptionists were very friendly and provided me with all the guidance I needed. Dr. Senthen Rajalingam spoke with great patience, even though my English is not very fluent, and made sure I understood everything. During the diagnosis, he was highly professional and took the time to clearly explain his thoughts. He outlined the follow-up steps for me one by one, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service at Key Health CBD South was outstanding and left a very positive impression on me.
Reception is non-existent. Useless, inept, rude, unhelpful staff who do not care one bit. Good luck trying to get anything out of this place except a migraine. Every single interaction here will leave you just handling your illness yourself. Dr Google to the rescue! You're a medical clinic for goodness sake. Do the right thing. You have a duty of care to people. Do not work in health care if you are not able to look after health or provide care. People are far worse off because of this place. I was on hold for 1hour 18 before after join the queue in position number 6, just to book an appointment for a doctor not available to book online. I had to abandon the call after holding position one for 35min. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Their repeat message while on hold is enough to make people crazy. Can’t trust a practice that can’t answer a call.There literally is no one available and no email. How do I book an appointment with DR T Lovell? Outrageous
Dr.Foo was very thorough, friendly and a good listener. Currently on rehab plan for my ankle. Highly recommend him.
