It's impossible to contact the clinic. I was on hold for 45 minutes and my position in the queue did not change. How is it possible to run a medical practice if it's uncontactable? I've noticed this place has high staff turnover and reception, nurses and doctors are leaving. I wonder what is really happening here!? I'm going to find a new medical practice. For others, avoid this place like the plague.
I first started coming to this clinic after reading great reviews — and I’m so glad I did! Dr Natalie Gorgy is the most empathetic, understanding, and dedicated doctor I’ve ever had. After some really poor experiences elsewhere, it’s such a relief to finally have a doctor I can truly trust. She’s incredibly thorough, warm, and genuinely cares about her patients. A nice and organised clinic, friendly reception, but timing pressure on the GPs seems strictly monitored and money oriented, and guess what, the whole clinic is moving away from bulk billing. I would not recommend family planning through Dr Gazarjan, she seemed clueless/forgetful of the local system which cost us money and lack of support services. On a positive note, Brendon Wong is very sharp and highly recommended. And their lady in the pathology lab was good too.
