Absolutely disgusting experience. I sent my sister to buy Similac formula for my baby. She couldn’t reach it herself, so the cashier grabbed it and handed it to her. When I got home, I realized the formula was EXPIRED. I went back with the receipt expecting a refund or exchange. Instead, I was treated like a thief. The doorman immediately started acting like I was trying to pull a scam when I was literally standing there with the receipt and the expired formula THEY sold me. This is a good supermarket in my opinion. However, they do have some problems with it. The store has kind staff, they aren’t rude or anything like that. But some items always change places. Also, the prices don’t always match the price tags on the shelves, etc. But, it’s not that bad of a place, it’s pretty good.
The supermarket is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. Additional locations are available to customers. Nice variety of frozen foods and dairy products. The deli department is small for a supermarket. Parking is very difficult with limited spaces shared by several stores. It is more practical to shop by walking to the store and using a shopping cart.
