Customer service is poor at this location! Either, there is nobody on the floor to help or, employees are unwilling to help. I went to purchase Saltine crackers but could not do so, when I got there. They have the crackers behind a display stand which blocks access to the crackers. The crackers are inaccessible to customers! How much sense does that make?! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and never had an issue until today. The employee on aisle 3 was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service. I greeted him politely and asked a question, and he responded with attitude and no eye contact. Very disappointing experience.
Horrible customer service..cashiers are always busy eating especially in the morning..Are there no breaks given? Manager is no better
