I have been member here for almost 3 years. The gym part used to be great, but Ever since the new owners took over this place, the gym has gone down the drain. The new owners are more interested in the gymnastics part. They promised improvements to the gym, but all I have seen is the gym has been consolidated into a smaller space and the fitness class schedule has been whittled down while the monthly membership has gone up in price. Just getting started staff has been extremely knowledgeable,helpful and always available. So we will see how well I do in the techno gym, it tracks the progress. I would recommend not only the Key side but the gymnastics as well. Our son does the gymnastics while we work out.

This was suggested while I was in Integris this winter. Wife and I have lost over 40 lbs between us. Great staff. Very clean. Just enough assistance without being pushy. Love the Techno gym and an easy way to track our progress.
Best gym I have ever been a part of. The staff and instructors are awesome. I will reach my 2017 goals thanks to this gym and hard work ��.
Great staff and equipment. Renovations being made. Down almost 40 pounds so far.
