Our department had purchased Key Hose about a year ago. When it arrived it was so stiff and we were unable to set it in our crosslays. We were told to run water through it and it'll loosen up. After several days of running water we were only to fit three of four sections in the crosslay and had to use a section of older hose we had to complete the crosslay.
