I am very pleased all my interactions with Key Exteriors so far. They were thorough from setting the appointment, to calling before they came, to sitting down with me to talk about a home upgrade. Geoff Fugate was my design consultant, and he walked me through every step of designing my upgrade. Geoff was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I really felt valued as a potential customer. Absolutely NO customer service! If you can't be sure you can get the job done, don't take it!! Or offer customer a refund. Six months since we started the process and we haven't seen ANY work done. And no matter how many times my husband calls the number provided, they DO NOT ANSWER!! And if they do, they'll promise to call you back and conveniently forget. This is someone's house, and they're expecting you to do the job they paid you for!! You don't treat people like that!
TERRIBLE.....BEWARE...........Do not use this company. They removed 2 New exterior doors and New lights to side house. To date, the lights and doors were literally left in the dirt. Yes, their still there. Weve called and called, they claim that they will take care of it. Well, their still there. Is that how you treat a customers new items. Calling and all the messages does no good. Their message system is a circle jerk. Also, while installing a roof, they ruined a gutter, although they did replace it, are these professional... read more
