Good people I have been attending their sales for the past few years and they are always friendly, honest and fair. I would recommend going to their estate sales.
RIPOFF, Con Artists, Garage Sellers DON'T DO IT! These folks only do well at marketing themselves and talk a helluva game - but run a poor quality and unknowlegeable operation with INCREDIBLY BAD RESULTS and TOOK MY CUT (70% of gross sales - which was less than I have ever received from holding my own garage sales, seriously, and left me with a full estate after driving away). They tried to rely on garage sale marketing - meaning signs in a suburb that does not permit signs - and drive-by customers in a place with little loc... read more
Excellent Service! I hired Key Estate Sales in April 2013 to conduct an estate sale for us at our home in West Chicago. The sale came in at over $15,000, which was twice as much as we anticipated! They were professional, knowledgable and friendly. We received our check exactly 7 days after our sale along with a list of what sold. The whole experience was positive and I have already referred them to my neighbor and my sister in law.
