We have used Patrick to install a generator for us and he was excellent and extremely helpful. We l have used Marina and the electrical aide who also was great. We plan to use the company again. Thank you for your work!
Key Electric was a life saver for us! They came out in a hurry to get our generator running after noticing it wasn’t doing the weekly test and a red light was displayed on the unit. Their knowledge, professionalism and the ease in which the repair was made is unmatched by anyone else. We couldn’t be happier with Key Electric and know you will as well.
Bill and Pat installed and maintained our generator and it was always a pleasure working with them - honest, professional, and friendly. They left their former company when it was sold and resulting maintenance was fine but the company difficult to deal with. Patrick and Bill were EXTREMELY helpful. Our generator was in need of service due to an error code and every company I called was scheduling out 1 month. I explained the situation to Patrick and Bill and they said it should be an easy fix. Since they were in the area, they came over within 30 minutes and fixed our issue. (Error Code 2099 on Generic). I just had a stand-by generator installed by Key Electric. What a great team! They helped me with and advised me through every aspect of the installation from picking the best generator to placement of the generator on the property to making sure i knew about and was comfortable with the generator. My generator team is Bill and Patrick. The electricians were Sean and Ody. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, genuinely nice people and more.
