Called Darren late in the afternoon about an issue I was having with the electrical on my tankless water heater. I gave him my address and he said he could be to my house in 20 minutes. He showed up in less than 20 minutes, quickly diagnosed my issue, and didn’t charge me even though I wanted to pay him. I had to hold back my tears because his generosity meant a lot to me; not just a monetary generosity, but a generosity of spirit. Darren is the best! A grounding issue was discovered today. I'd called several places, and no one else could come out for weeks. Darren was here within four hours and identified and resolved the issue in minutes. He let me know about some work needed in the next year but didn't try in any way to pressure me to do anything today. He has a new customer for life!
I was looking for an Electrician to install an exterior wall outlet. I called a few places for quotes. One company was 2 months out and the other never responded to my voicemail or website requests.
