Recently I have done my car detailing with cap-it and I got unsatisfied service from it. I have purchased a gold base detailing service plan and it does not provide me full service. here they include different services including shampoo seat detail floor mats, carpet...etc. and I got improper service. I purchased a gold base plan, especially for the shampoo wash of my car seats but it seems they didn't touch it and it looks like same as before. Its worst service they provided to me. Son-in-law bought a truck (used) from Key Chev had to take it back 5 times..yes 5 times and was not even done properly The last time it was in .my son in law was told that 2 associates worked on it for 4 hrs ...that is 2 people @4 hours each.=8 hours..that should be spotless..but nah Took it to my father in law who does it at his home...
