We have been working with Key Construction for over 10 years now and they have been wonderful all around, very cost competitive and has always performed all jobs in a timely manner and meets deadlines always. If there have been any issues during construction they are addressed immediately and resolved. I highly recommend doing business with Key Construction!! We will be working with them again soon!!
KEY is a true PARTNER when it came to our life science construction. We had complicated machinery, constant changes in priorities and timelines. They stepped up to the plate every time, managed the budget and represented us well. They came up with innovative solutions during the COVID pandemic when supplies were short that kept us on time and moved in so the scientists can continue to work! Had the privilege to work with George/Dave and Joe. They were complete professionals and delivered on all requests in a timely and budget friendly manner.
Key did a fairly large project for us. Although very few, I'm baffled by the couple poor reviews - Key had great communication, fantastic follow-up and fair and honest pricing. Would def recommend without hesitation.
Decent sales pitch, terrible delivery and follow through. Sadly was referred to them through our commercial broker, he won't be recommending them to anyone again thats for sure. Lots of big promises on timelines and due dates, but they're all lies. Finished product wasn't bad, but took 2.5 times longer than promised. Be especially aware of Molly from comms/cust service dept, she'll tell you it's sunny outside while you're standing in the rain.
