We’re here on a week in late July / early August that includes the lobster mini-season (surprise!) There is hardly anyone else here. My kids have had the (saltwater) pool mostly to themselves. Ditto the fishing pier. There are cool lizards and iguanas running around. There’s construction going on, which would have been nice to know about, but unless you’re here literally all day long it’s no big deal. Great accommodations. The staff is great. The entire location is well kept. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
Great location, right in the water. There is a small beach, a fishing pier, pool and hottub, and nearly manicured grounds. Quiet location with great views.
