Renting the Pontoon boat was relatively easy. When I returned to pick the boat up, the GPS was not working correctly (would not measure water depth level). However my biggest disappointment was the pontoon would not go more than 10mph. Very difficult to navigate in open water. When I returned the pontoon, the dock hand asked how it went, and when I shared my concern about the boat speed, his response was “you rented a pontoon boat what did you expect”. I had a good experience with renting a boat from KCBBR. I called early in the week, and Steve answered. He told me to text him my info (name, email, etc), and he responded quickly that he had the boat I wanted to rent for the upcoming weekend. He said he would get back to me. The next day, he called and said the boat would be delivered on Thursday night for a Friday - Sunday rental. Perfect! Really happy with our experience. I set up everything remotely. When I arrived, they met me with the boat and gave it to me the evening before so we could fish really early on the planned fishing day. The boat ran excellent. We used the systems- live well, windlass, electronics, etc. and everything worked. Boat had extras, like a gaff and a dive flag.
