Excellent service and followup. Absolutely no hassles in dealing with insurance. Was able to get my rental car and leave it at the body shop at pickup. Their app gave timely updates. My vehicle was ready a week before the expected date and was cleaned well.
I think the staff at Key Collision of Southaven and myself are literally like family now.. My car was being repaired after an accident and I really appreciate them all. Ms. Kinley was so sweet, Gary and his crew did an awesome job on my car, and Jay and Ms. Tracy went above and beyond to correct a few kinks from my insurance company.
