hire competent shop people and stop lying about how and what u repaired!
My 2013 Nissan Armada went airborne a little over ago and they told us it was fixable. Well yes they fixed the outside and the detailing was amazing. Thing was the under side of my truck is a mess. They put hoses back wrong ,tie rod is bent,clicking noises, control arms seizing, won't stay aligned, 2 exsust manfolds cracked,and so many issues it's become unsafe to drive. It will cost more money to fix it then we can afford. Nissan will be coming to get her. This should never had happened if it was done correctly.
Please anyone who brings your vehicle to Key in Concord make sure your able to fully understand what they are doing to your vehicle. In no way should a 2017 vehicle be left with an airbag sensor that's just dangling since the screws broken, my insurance shouldn't pay out a large claim only to find the repairs to be faulty. Not a complete weld on my lower frame rail. A huge slice in my upper frame rail that was purposely placed there on the bracket.
