After a major hail storm damaged our Nissan Pro-4X pickup, we decided to take it to Key City based on their already stellar reviews. We were not disappointed. They did a phenomenal job, worked seamlessly with our insurance company, anf kept us constantly updated. 5 out 5 stars, thank you Key City, Butternut!
I had my vehicle repaired here after an accident the end of January, and while the car was returned to me in March, I’m honestly disappointed with the quality of the work. At first glance, everything seemed fine, but after recently having my transmission serviced, I started noticing multiple small issues that raise concerns about the attention to detail and overall integrity of the repairs. Genet was simply amazing to work with! The painter who came out to discuss everything with me was very sweet and kind. They were fast and efficient! I highly recommend! If I ever need work in the future I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you all so much for fixing the paint job on my car!!
You don’t usually associate a body shop visit with a positive experience, but Bina made the entire process seamless. What could have been a stressful repair felt straightforward and well-managed.
