Great service, great staff and very welcoming and do a great job!
I've had terrible experiences with body shops around town. A friend of mind recommended Key City Collision and I have not a single negative thing to say. They were all extremely helpful, kind, and set realistic expectations. They called when they said they would call and the vehicle was ready for pick up the day they said it would be. Great experience and happy they were recommended to me.
They took care of my work truck! Friendly people in the office and I ate their Airhead candy they had out for Halloween. Great overall! Got us a quote on the working liggity split ya hur
Overall, amazing service! They were able to give me an estimate in less than 24 hours. They told me my vehicle would take two weeks to repair once the parts for my vehicle came in. They gave me a curtesy call when they thought it may take over two weeks, but it didn’t and it was exactly two weeks. Great customer service, and everyone was super friendly. Plus, my car looks brand new after the work they did.
