Excellent customer service!!! I can't give them enough praise as a local business. The front office guy Zach was always willing to talk to me and explain. He was very respectful of my need to keep cost as low as possible, (self paid for damages). Laura, office manager was so kind and helpful, even gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. The car was returned cleaned and looked almost new! They did a superb job! Thank you Key City Collision 💥
