The folks at Key of Newcastle were awesome. We were out of state buyers and they helped us through the whole process. A special thanks to Rob for getting us the vehicle we wanted.
I had an appointment for work they had recommened and said needed to be done. They said they would fix it the day I dropped it off (Thurs), they had it until Monday end of day and still didn't get it done. They had to put it back together to return it with no date that I could bring it back. The last time I left it they had it for 2 1/2 weeks.
