Drove in without an appointment and got my car serviced again - no charge. Awesome service Department every time.
I bought a 2022 F350 30 days ago and have driven it once. It has been in the shop since I purchased it. Ive asked the GM to call me several times with no response. I was told they had inspected the truck before they sold it. That could not be true with the amount of mechanical failure we are having. $45k mistake on my part. I would not recommend buying from them.
Everyone fears the dealerships NOT THIS ONE!! I first came to Key in trouble needing financing no money, three words you never hear at a car dealership HONEST, HELPFUL, QUICK! This is my fourth vehicle with KEY. I like going there the team is more then accommodating friendly and TRUSTWORTHY, so thankful

If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is very unethical. I drove an hour from Tallahassee to look at a ram 1500 that was advertised for $40,600. When I got there, they said they forgot to put the wheels and tires on the Listing and the vehicle was actually $46,000. I told them their listing was posted with pictures of the vehicle with the rims and tires and they were very misleading. Nowhere in the listing did it say rims and tires Were additional.
