Larry was my salesman and I couldn’t recommend him more. Was in and out with none of the regular car salesman run around you see so much nowadays. He and the guys at Key Chrysler helped me get out of a bad situation another dealership put me in and didn’t take advantage of that situation at all. They even went above and beyond and removed my fifth wheel rails off my trade in. These guys are legit!!!
I drove 6 hours to purchase my truck from these guys. Hands down the absolute best customer service I have ever had. The entire staff from top to bottom were very pleasant and helpful. If you are shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle, please make this your first stop. The finance department may have been the most rewarding for me personally. The were able to beat the interest rate from my bank(NAVY FED CREDIT UNION) by 2.5% on the interest rate, saving me thousands over the life of my loan. 10/10 stars for me!!!
It was a great experience. Awesome customer service with all staff. We were able to talk about our faith and ministry with Mr Buddy and it was a phenomenal experience and I thank God for giving us the opportunity of sharing our ministry and being able to purchase a vehicle through them. I wouldn’t change it for nothing.
