Everything was fine with service.and they did good job at a reasonable time. And lady's did a good job letting me know about the service .and John linton and Manny helped me get everything done at car service with car 😊
Went there to get inspection of my leased vehicle and purchase my vehicle out right. John was completely useless during this whole process! Customer service is poor, not professional, and terrible unfront communication . All they care about is making money . I would recommend taking your vehicles elsewhere and purchasing elsewhere. I gave them all details of my situation and they still dropped the ball!!!
Great experience working with Manny and John at Key Chevrolet. Bought a new 2500 and got a great deal. They really have awesome deals, and are willing to work with you. The price blew Tallahassee dealers out of the water. If you're in the market for new or used, I'd highly recommend you check them out first. First of all, let me start by saying the customer service here is outstanding. Manny and John are very helpful, and will do whatever it takes to take care of their customers. I’ve found Key Chevrolet of Perry was far less expensive than the big name dealers in neighboring cities.
Wanted to give kudos to Ms. Niki and Ms. Emily for going way past the extra mile to help us out. Our truck broke down on a long work trip up North while hauling a 38' trailer. Called the service center and they told us to bring it in so they could look at the truck, even though they were very busy. Limped the truck to the dealership and they had the mechanics get right on it. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had part on hand. Could not get truck to start, so it couldn't be moved inside.
