It is absolutely unbelievable that a Chevrolet dealership would refuse to even look at a 2022 Silverado that is still under full warranty. I called simply to schedule service for a check engine light, and instead of helping, I was told they would not even allow me to bring the truck in based on its history. That is completely unacceptable. This is your make, your model, yet you are refusing to even diagnose the problem. 2024 1500 Duramax broke down on I 10 and was towed to Key Chevrolet. The service department quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the truck. In less than an hour we where back on the road . They had the part and also did 3 updates, the entire time the staff did everything they could to calm the wife down. THANK YOU for the great service.
