Place is a joke!! You'll wait longer for someone to ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. Than you will sitting in a door. And thats saying something since it took 2hrs just to get a door. Guy in the office looked at me. Kept working... then decided that it was his lunch time. Mind you, he called me saying my paperwork was ready. All he had to was hand me my bills and i could leave. No room, tite parking.
30 min done my appointment 1 pm done 9 am
This place is so bad for truck drivers to come. I came at 7am to sign in and the guy and the lady in the window office dont even acknoledge you trying to sign in. I waited 18 minutes before i asked the gentlemen if anyone was going to sign me and other drivers in. He proceeded and said oh you trying to sign in? Like if we just wanted to hangout in the driver sign in room. People needs to be trained better so they can do their job properly. I hate coming here. Waited 2 hours to be called to be unloaded.
