VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I'D NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY TRUCKING COMPANY TO DELIVER FREIGHT HERE.
Arrived early and parked in the lot between trailers to wait my turn. I was in the dock a few minutes past my appointment time and unloaded pretty quick. There was plenty of room to maneuver truck and trailer in the dock. You gotta watch for this place or you will miss your turn and have to turn around.
One of the worst place to del live load and the staff are so rude to drivers, the management needs to pay attention
Limited street parking/ over night, off to the side, but, there's parking on the lot amongst their trailers (waiting area only). Office staff, especially the guy is SUPER FRIENDLY when checking in/ out. My only complaint is when APPROACHING the building, their SIGNAGE is literally AFTER the driveway, so, but the time you notice the sign, you've driven by the place and have to then turn around, that placement IS TERRIBLE, but, now, I know, I'll never miss the entrance again. All in all a good place to deliver/ pickup from.
This place is a mixed bag. I have been delivering to this company for over 20 years. I think today will be the last time. They know they have 2 hours to unload me and they make damn sure they do exactly that. They don't mind abusing driver's time here. But they certainly do not like paying detention.
