Worst 17 dollars I’ve ever spent, do not go here. Car was still super dirty on the outside
While in neutral mid-wash my car was repeatedly rammed into the customer in front of me. The attendant on duty initially would not take a report or call a manager (stating they won't answer) and handed me a post-it note to write down my name and phone number. Only after pushing back was the proper paperwork produced. This is a serious safety issue and the lack of care, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable.
