Huge thank you to the gentleman that was working the service department today around 2pm as well as the technician. They were shorthanded on a Saturday afternoon and went above and beyond and helped us out big time! We were out of country and had the check engine light come on. They ran diagnostics, sorted out the issue and had us on our way in under 20 minutes. Thank you very much key Cadillac and your service department! 7 out of 5 stars!! :)
Excellent
No problems whatsoever. Brought my dog and stayed in the TV lounge for 2 hours without issue. Service center and work was done as expected. They provided water and some snacks.
Brandon- (This issue was definitely NOT caused by hail damage, the tires or the transmission!!!!!) My vehicle is safe to drive now. No thanks to you or your brilliant mechanics!! I Can’t wait to post the real issue and pictures to show what the REAL issue was.!!!
