I bought a double wide as rent to own.During the pandemic they said I voided the purchase option from being behind because of lay off and took several thousand dollars from us and changed to only renting and raised the rent to 850 from 750 when there was a executive order stopping eviction and late payments and they still charge me a 30dollers a month late fee
