VERY unethical!!! I went in June 26th, 2025, and found a car I liked and, to their credit, I was able to take it and get it inspected by a reputable mechanic. It was in pretty good shape, except the front brake calipers were sticking to the point of getting hot and smelling. (I could tell it as soon as I started driving it....you could feel the vibration) So I told Robert, the dealer, if they would fix the brake issue, I would buy the car. This was my first time dealing with Key Auto Sales and the experience was top-notch. Robert was very helpful in answering my questions about each of the vehicles that I was interested in and provided carfax history for each of them. I purchased a great car today and if I am in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely give them another look.
Don’t bother. Had one of their vehicles inspected by BMW. Had video evidence oil covering the entire bottom side of the engine. Technician at BMW said it would be a start just doing the valve cover, but likely more leaks elsewhere. Key Auto laughed it off saying it wasn’t a big deal. Even offered trying to negotiate and it was a hard no. He proceeded to then tell me “well we have another one”. Hard pass and horrible salesman.
