Never in my life have I had a mechanic or anyone go so far out of their way to constantly help me and get me back on the road as fast as possible. Times where they SHOULDVE charged me and didn’t, times where they could’ve taken more money or done more work but knew the necessities that needed to be done and recommended at my budget. Always knows what’s wrong with my truck within a second of looking at it, whether it’s electrical, drive train, mechanical etc
I can’t thank this shop enough for their incredible service! A couple weeks ago while driving through on my way to Fort Worth, my check engine light started flashing, and I was worried I wouldn’t make it home. I stopped here, and they went above and beyond to help me. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was their willingness to stay after closing to ensure my car was fixed and safe for the rest of my trip. At Key's Auto repair I had my oil changed in my BMW and it was reset and done in a timely manner. They also accepted my extended warranty package that I bought for oil changes with my purchase of the car through Triton. I appreciate that they take care of my vehicle and in the suggested care for future maintenance.
I absolutely love working with these guys. Great group of people to chat with and joke around and just forget about all the struggles of the week. Not to mention exceptional customer service, You are not just another number to them. Amazing mechanics, amazing prices, amazing customer service!
This is the only and best place to get your car repaired Period my car was down for 9 months. Taking it from place to place Including the BMW shop neither which could fix my issue. I spent in the 1000's (to inbarest to say the exact amount) and had everything replaced from my starter, fuel pump and filter +. I took my car here and got it fixed for $450 it was only a vacuum leak as I had been suggesting all along to others.
