My son attends Brevard Elementary School where an ABA from Key Autism Services not only kicked, pushed but also sat on him. I’m livid beyond words and can’t believe that this facility would have someone working for them who would have these horrible tendencies. We as the parents expect ABA staff to protect our children not be mean and maybe harm them. I hope that this gets addressed immediately and with proper legal action to the ABA and the company responsible for employing clearly unqualified workers. This was definitely n... read more
We loved Key Autism! They included our whole family in the process and tried to make sure my baby was as comfortable as possible but still made sure to provide quality therapy. They really listen to the family and address concerns immediately. Highly recommended!
The intake process was not good. The person I talked with made it seem like they did not want to offer me services. The phone call was disconnected and I never received a call back. I felt like I was not being listened to and the process was not explained clearly. It’s a shame the calls are not recorded so that a better service can be provided.
Both of my little ones went here from March (when they opened) through August of 22’. They loved going here and they loved their BCBA’s. It helped them immensely and I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. I’m sure this place will expand over the next few years as well as be able to help more kiddos. I was super grateful they finally opened up an ABA school out here:)
Our BCBA was great. The billing practices of this company is criminal though for BCBS. The rates are 5x to 10x the average in the area. Truly disgusting for these little kiddos especially with people with caps which this company will not clarify to you. They are not to be trusted. I honestly don’t trust your insurance department. Not only did they tell me about my cap they charged me over $4,000 for my assessment that was 1.75 hours per video with my 2 year old. No other agency has changed me over $500 for an assessment.
