Very Impressed by the customer support of KEY 4. I spoke with Todd over the phone and explained what i was looking for and he was super friendly and helpful. He found what i was looking for within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
What an evil representation I just received. I went in to ask a few questions and I was so turned off with the lack of empathy and sentiment I received. I don't know if the man was angry because he was balled or short but the guy who met me at the office was very mean. If someone is his supervisor he should be fired and if he is the owner no one should ever support a business like thos. I am so very discusted and it has made my day very bad. How sad man. How terrible for this company
